Terms and Conditions 

As with any website, here are some terms and conditions regarding the use of my website and photos: 

1. Please do not use any of my photos/images on this website, my flickr stream, or any image that you know is mine without asking for permission. The great news is that I freely allow my images to be used as long as I feel that it is inline with promoting the Cayman Islands.  So please ask before using them. 

2. Please do not use my photos for commercial purposes without proper written permission.  The good news is that if you want to buy my images, they are inexpensive but please give credit where credit is due.  Otherwise, please go out and take your own photos.

3. If you are a client of mine and see that I have used your photo on my website and would like it removed, please contact me and I will do so immediately.  Otherwise please note that I am allowed to use any photo that I take for my website.
