I receive alot of emails per day so I have decided to answer
the more frequent questions to save time in answering emails. Not that I mind.
Q: How do we pay you?
A: When you meet me for your schedule - I apologize but at this point I only
accept cash.
Q: Do you accept Discovery?
A: Um...
Q: I can't find your rates.
A. Please
email me.
Q: What is the best way to contact you? phone or email?
A: Email please. Sometimes I'm out on a shoot and I won't be able to pick up. When I do pick up, sometimes I'm driving or doing something else and I won't be able to tell you my availability anyway because my phone is where my schedule is at.
Q: We arrive on a cruise ship, can you pick us up?
A: I do not normally pick anyone up and take them to their locations but when I
have time afterwards, I do try to accommodate bringing you and yours back to
the dock. Call Charlie's Cab 345-888-8888
Q: Do we really have to do a beach jump? I have a bad knee.
A: No you don't really have to.
Q: When do we get our photo CD?
A: After I am done looking over them - give me around 2 weeks and another week
to spare. I will mail them to you via regular mail and that takes another 10 working days.
Q: Why does it take so long?
A: Because I work two jobs and its difficult to balance both well without
compromising one. I try my best at both my jobs and sometimes it just
takes longer.
Q: We want our photos before we leave the island, can you accommodate us?
We'll pay extra.
A: I wish it were that easy. I try my best to have CD's available for
guests staying more than a week on the island. I know how the waiting can
be such a turn off but if I cannot make any promises.
Q: Do you print the photos?
A: Like you, I would have to take it to the photo shop to get it printed so
instead of doing that, I will just give you the CD to get it printed. In
that way, you automatically take out the middle(wo)man in the equation.
Q: Why are you the most affordable photographer in the Cayman Islands?
A: Because I love doing it and would do it for free if I didn't have to pay for
rent.
Q: Can you please give us a discount?
A: Um... please read previous question.
Q: Can you accommodate location shoots at East End / Rum Point?
A: Depending on my schedule, yes but you will have to add an additional hour to
the shoot for travel time. So if you hire me for 1 hour, you will be
paying me for 2 hours.
Q: Can you recommend other photographers on the Island because you are not available?
A: Sure, please go to my Wedding Vendors page - on their website, they have other photography vendors.
Q. What is your equipment?
A. Nikon D200 and Canon D350 with a sleuth of lenses. For beach shoots, I only use my canon because its light weight.
Q. Can you recommend a Marriage Officer?
A. Yes, please take a look at my wedding vendors page.
